If this product has manufacturer defect(s) returnss will be accepted within fifteen (15) days from the receipt date. After fifteen (15) days, the merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer by the customer for servicing. If this product is unopened and undamaged it may be returned/exchanged within fifteen (15) days from the receipt date on the invoice and with prior approval. Buyers are responsible for and must pre-pay the shipping costs of all returns.
